🗓️ 1. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you.
Haircuts: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
Color & Specialty Services: Cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations: A 50% service fee will apply if you cancel outside the required notice.
No-Shows: A 100% service fee will apply for missed appointments without notice before rebooking.
⏰ 2. Late Arrivals
Timeliness ensures we can provide you the best service!
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be treated as a no-show and the full service fee will apply.
🎨 3. Service Liability Disclaimer
We use professional techniques and premium products, but individual results may vary based on hair history, texture, and aftercare.
Hairglim Beauty Salon is not responsible for:
Fading, dryness, or damage from improper aftercare
Use of non-professional or drugstore products
Exposure to chlorine, saltwater, direct sun, or excessive heat
Services performed elsewhere after your appointment
Specific Services:
Color: Concerns must be reported within 7 days.
Treatments/Keratin: Longevity depends on proper aftercare.
K-Tip Extensions: Complimentary adjustments within 14 days.
💵 4. Refund & Redo Policy
Refunds: No refunds are given for services rendered.
Redos: Notify us within 7 days for a complimentary correction (after stylist evaluation).
Corrections are available only if aftercare instructions were followed.
🛍️ 5. Product Return Policy
For hygienic reasons, all products purchased at the salon are non-refundable once opened. Please make sure you're fully satisfied with your product choice before purchase.

Hairglim Beauty Salon hosts independent beauty professionals who operate their own businesses.
They are responsible for their own pricing, scheduling, services, and liability.
Concerns regarding independent contractors must be addressed directly with the provider.
